The ultraviolet laser marking machine belongs to the series of laser marking machines, but it is developed using a 355nm ultraviolet laser. Compared with infrared lasers, this machine uses third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. The 355 ultraviolet light focuses on very small light spots, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of the material and have little processing heat impact.
Because it is mainly used for ultra fine marking and carving, it is particularly suitable for applications such as marking and micro hole marking of food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, high-speed division of glass materials, and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers.
1. UV lasers belong to cold light sources, and have minimal thermal impact during laser cutting or marking, making them suitable for deep processing of materials that are sensitive to thermal effects.

UV lasers have a narrow pulse width and high peak power, which can easily break through the damage threshold of materials such as ceramics, sapphires, and other materials with higher damage thresholds. Therefore, they are prone to processing polymer materials with high damage threshold requirements.
3. The spot size of the UV laser after focusing can reach up to 15UM, making it suitable for micro hole drilling processing.
